嬰兒顱骨修補與長期照護 Literature review

 

適用對象:4 個月大、曾因頭骨粉碎性骨折接受顱骨修補手術之嬰兒家屬
目的:說明目前情況、後續手術計畫、日常照護及警訊,協助家屬安心參與治療流程
本手冊僅供衛教,治療計畫仍以主治醫師判斷為準。


一、目前傷勢與治療目標

  • 現況:因外傷切除約 7 % 腦組織,頭骨缺損以「自體骨碎片 + 人工骨」暫時覆蓋,硬腦膜有縫合缺口,手術後需觀察腦脊髓液(CSF)外漏。

  • 短期目標

    1. 保護腦組織不再受壓或感染

    2. 讓顱骨持續生長、減少人工骨排斥或吸收

    3. 預防/監測 CSF 外漏與顱內壓升高

  • 長期目標:於 15–18 歲頭顱生長趨於穩定時,更換「客製化大片人工骨」,獲得終生保護與外觀對稱。


二、常用人工骨材料(簡易比較)

三、手術時程與流程

四、住院與出院後照護重點
